Our founder loved marshmallows as a kid—and grew up dreaming of creating a plant-based, allergy-friendly marshmallow with impeccable texture and flavor. With nostalgia and imagination at the forefront of this dream (and a team of confectionery experts), GoodMallow was born.

Conventional marshmallows contain gelatin (typically sourced from a variety of animals and animal parts), and are unsuitable for anyone following a Vegan or Kosher diet. We believe plant-based marshmallows are better for you—and better for the environment.
